Order Process: After your order is placed you will be sent a “Client Form” which you are required to fill out for your project to be started on.
 
If required pictures, videos, and ideas must be sent to graphicsbyvana@gmail.com immediately after purchase.
 
Turn Around Times: Different turnaround times will be listed for all artwork and projects. A rush fee option will be available while purchasing for an additional fee. Turnaround times are subject to change due to increases in orders, sales, and unexpected events. 
 
All business essentials (including logos, flyers, business cards, branding templates, packages, and other services) take up to 7-14 business days.
Thumbnails take up to 2-24 business hours.
All YouTube essentials (including intros, outros, banners, video edits, bundles, and other services) take up to 7-14 business days.
Website Designs take up to 30 business days.
 
Refunds: Once the payment has been made to Graphicsbyvana, the payment is NON-REFUNDABLE unless an agreement has been made between the client and designer. Your order will be canceled if a dispute is raised while it is being processed.
 
Revisions are meant to be utilized for minor design adjustments; a complete redesign, a novel idea, or anything requiring more research is not included. Revision fees apply to any and all modifications that weren't specified in the initial order form. 
 
YouTube essentials (including intros, outros, banners, and video edits) accept a limit of up to 4 revisions. Each revision after that will be a charge of $5 each. 
 
Business essentials (including logos, flyers, business cards, branding templates, packages, and other services) accept a limit of up to 3 revisions each. Each revision after that will be a charge of $5 each.
 
Website design accepts a limit of up to 10 revisions each. Each revision after that will be a charge of $10.
 
Revision fees must be paid before the revision is made.
