You will receive a preview of the thumbnail from which you can make revisions if needed.
Turnaround Time:
Our standard turnaround time is 2–24 hours. This is the time it will take for you to receive your thumbnail. Please note that this timeframe does not include revision time.
If a thumbnail is needed during weekends/holidays, a $5 fee will be charged.
Information Submission:
After your purchase, ALL content must be submitted via email to graphicsbyvana@gmail.com with the subject line: (NAME) THUMBNAIL.

Revisions:
We offer up to 3 revisions per project. Any additional revisions will incur a fee of $5 each. Please allow up to 2 hours for any extra revisions if needed.
